- ⛔ Simple tics or tics other than Tourette; tic-causing drugs (methylphenidate, amphetamines) until withdrawn; congenital long QT, history of arrhythmia, QT-prolonging drugs, hypokalaemia or hypomagnesaemia; severe CNS depression or coma; hypersensitivity; macrolides and other CYP3A4 inhibitors (azoles, protease inhibitors).
