- ⛔ Antepartum: cephalopelvic disproportion, unfavourable fetal position, fetal distress with delivery not imminent, hyperactive uterus, contraindication to vaginal delivery (complete placenta praevia, vasa praevia, active genital herpes, cord prolapse), hypersensitivity.
